Vulcan Foundry™ started with a simple idea: use 3D printing to validate and refine firearm accessories through the prototype phase—fast, iterative, and grounded in real shooter feedback. The original goal was to create practical, ergonomic, compliant components that could be shared within a small circle of friends and family. That idea quickly outgrew personal use and became a company built on one core belief:

Compliance shouldn’t mean compromise.

Today, Vulcan Foundry™ designs premium firearm accessories that bring ergonomics, control, and clean aesthetics back to compliant builds—especially for shooters in restrictive states like California, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts who refuse to settle for awkward fins, uncomfortable grips, or “legal but miserable” handling.

The Vulcan ecosystem

Our flagship lineup—the Vulcan Stock, Vulcan Grip, and Vulcan Foregrip—is built as a cohesive system. The goal is simple: restore confident handling and consistent interface geometry while staying aligned with compliance realities.

• Vulcan Stock: A compliance-oriented stock system engineered around stability, comfort, and repeatable positioning.
• Vulcan Grip: The same ergonomic intent, offered as a standalone grip for builders who want the Vulcan feel with the freedom to run the stock of their choice.
• Vulcan Foregrip: A lightweight, purpose-driven foregrip designed to improve indexing and control while maintaining a clean, integrated look.

A challenge worth pursuing

The Vulcan Stock wasn’t developed overnight. It’s the result of years of design iteration, real-world testing, and refinement focused on one thing: making a compliant stock feel like a natural extension of the shooter.

Key design priorities include:

• Repeatable, natural geometry to reduce fatigue and improve consistency
• Support for multiple shooting positions (standing, seated, prone) through deliberate contouring and fit
• Stability and recoil control through optimized structure and interface design—helping keep the rifle settled for accurate follow-up shots

Looking ahead

We started with AR-pattern accessories, but the vision is broader. The roadmap expands the ecosystem with matching components—magwells, M-LOK scales, trigger guards, recoil pads, and cheek rest options—and extends into additional platforms (including AK) as development and validation mature. We’re also exploring training-focused accessories intended to streamline setups and support skill development—without turning your rifle into a cluttered science project.
